THE CAREER CHANGE FINANCIAL PLANNER

Got a career change story — or just some good ideas about solving the financial piece of the career change puzzle?  Please share so that other readers of The Career Change Financial Planner blog can benefit from what you know!

In particular, I’m looking to publish stories from people who’ve successfully made a transition from one career to another, despite having to overcome financial obstacles to do so.   In addition to your contact information, your ”before” and “after” careers, and whatever else you’d like to tell us about your transition, stories should also include a discussion of the personal finance strategies you used to make it happen. 

(Note that you needn’t reveal numbers such as income, expenses, or assets, or anything else you prefer not to have made public.  A high-level explanation — like this excellent example — is fine.)
